Warranty Period
Warranty coverage follows KuKirin’s product warranty standards:
12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase
Battery warranty: 6 months
Ridesy assists customers with troubleshooting and warranty claims. Free repairs or replacement parts may be provided for issues covered under warranty, excluding damage caused by personal behavior, misuse, negligence, or accidents (such as riding in wet environments or dropping the scooter).
Consumable Parts
Consumable parts, including inner tubes, tires, brake discs/pads, and fenders, are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty Solutions
Depending on the situation and diagnosis, the following solutions may be provided in accordance with KuKirin warranty standards:
- Replacement parts may be shipped by standard mail with installation guidance provided.
- Scooters with material or workmanship defects may be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective components may be replaced with equivalent parts matching the original performance.
- For EU customers, if remote diagnosis and repair are not possible, repair services may be arranged.
In cases covered by warranty and where applicable, repair and shipping costs may be covered in accordance with KuKirin warranty policies.
If a quality issue arises between day 14 and 12 months, replacement parts are provided free of charge, while shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After the warranty period, customers are responsible for all costs related to replacement parts, including parts and shipping fees.
Worn parts (such as tires and brakes) that are not defective upon delivery are not covered and must be purchased and replaced by the customer.
Battery Range Disclaimer
The stated range is based on testing conditions with a 60 kg rider, 25°C ambient temperature, average speed of 25 km/h, and flat urban roads.
Actual range may vary due to rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding habits. Deviations between actual and stated range are normal.
If reduced range is caused by a battery defect covered under warranty, assistance will be provided to resolve the issue in accordance with warranty standards.

Warranty Process
Step 1: Contact us with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
Step 2: After confirmation, replacement parts may be sent or repair arrangements may be made.
Simple issues are typically resolved through shipped replacement parts with guidance. More complex issues may require the product to be returned to a designated service center for repair.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply in the following situations:
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use of non-original or incompatible parts.
- Use contrary to the user manual, including overloading, continuous climbing, or riding on unsuitable terrain.
- Water damage caused by riding in rain, water deeper than 4 cm, or prolonged exposure to humidity or dust.
- Accidents, including drops, collisions, natural disasters, or improper transportation or storage.
- Loss or theft.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts that are not defective upon delivery.
- Expired warranty or lack of valid proof of purchase.
- Second-hand, resold, gifted products, or purchases not made through ridesy-eu.com.
- Missing or altered serial numbers or identification marks.
- Issues caused by unofficial firmware or software.
- Improper use, traffic law violations, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Self-purchased parts, unless damaged upon arrival.
If an issue is not covered under warranty, all repair costs (including labor) and replacement parts, as well as outbound and return shipping fees, shall be borne by the customer.
Additional Terms
- Warranty claims are evaluated in accordance with KuKirin warranty standards. If a submitted claim is determined to be outside warranty coverage, a repair quotation and return shipping cost will be provided.
- Product designs may be updated, and replacement models may differ in graphics or color. Replacement is subject to availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, refurbished or equivalent-value parts or products may be used to fulfill warranty obligations.
- Users are responsible for operating the product safely and in accordance with provided instructions. Neither Ridesy nor KuKirin shall be liable for accidents or damages (including personal injury or property loss) resulting from improper use.
- Products purchased are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
