Warranty Coverage
Warranty service is provided in accordance with KuKirin product warranty standards:
12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase
Battery warranty: 6 months
Ridesy supports customers with diagnostics, technical guidance, and warranty-related requests.
When a confirmed issue falls within warranty coverage, repair services or replacement parts may be offered.
Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or external factors is not covered.
Consumable Parts
Consumable components, including inner tubes, tires, brake pads/discs, and fenders, are covered by a 14-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty Service Options
Based on the nature of the issue and inspection results, warranty solutions may include:
1. Shipment of replacement parts with installation instructions
2. Replacement of scooters with verified manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery
3. Substitution of defective components with parts of equivalent function and performance
4. Arrangement of repair services for EU customers when remote repair is not feasible
Where applicable and covered under warranty terms, repair and shipping costs may be handled in accordance with KuKirin warranty policies.
If a defect occurs after the first 14 days but within the warranty period, replacement parts are provided at no cost, while shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
After the warranty period ends, all costs related to parts, repairs, and shipping are borne by the customer.
Battery Range Notice
Advertised range figures are based on controlled test conditions, including a 60 kg rider, ambient temperature of 25°C, average speed of 25 km/h, and flat urban roads.
Actual riding range may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding behavior.
Such variations are considered normal.
If reduced range is caused by a battery defect covered under warranty, appropriate assistance will be provided.

4. Accidents, impacts, improper storage, or transportation damage
5. Loss, theft, or normal wear of consumable items
6. Expired warranty or missing proof of purchase
7. Second-hand products, gifted items, or purchases not made via ridesy-eu.com
8. Missing, altered, or damaged serial numbers
9. Software or firmware installed through unofficial sources
If a claim is determined to fall outside warranty coverage, all repair, labor, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, equivalent or refurbished components may be used, subject to availability.
