Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, carriers may include DPD, UPS, GLS, or equivalent logistics providers.
Shipping Origin
After payment confirmation and order processing, orders are fulfilled through our logistics network and dispatched from designated European fulfillment locations.
At present, most orders are shipped from fulfillment facilities located in Poland.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected European Union countries.
Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, public holidays, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
At present, free shipping is offered for electric scooter products available on our website.
If shipping fees apply in the future, all applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Damaged Shipments
If you notice visible damage to the package upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment when possible and contacting our customer support team promptly.
If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the next steps.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking status may also be viewed via third-party tracking platforms (such as 17track).
