Statement
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from ridesy-eu.com.
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing return requests to be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team and provide photos or videos clearly showing the product condition.

Once the return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the return address and further instructions.

Returned products must remain in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.

The product must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval. Please provide a valid tracking number and tracking link to our customer support team. Failure to provide timely shipping information may affect return processing.
Order Cancellation

Order Not Shipped:
If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method after the cancellation request is confirmed. -
Order Shipped:
If the order has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, please contact us. You may initiate the return process after receiving the package.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue and requested within the 14-day return period, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Due to the size and weight of electric scooters, estimated return shipping costs range from €50 to €100, depending on destination and carrier.
Returns of Used Products
Used products may still be eligible for return within the 14-day return period.
If the product shows signs of excessive use beyond normal inspection or trial, a reasonable depreciation fee may be deducted from the refund.

All return requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Returned items must be complete, with labels and markings intact and unaltered.

Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery return shipments will not be accepted.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. The same return and refund conditions described above apply to pre-order orders.
