All delivery timelines are based on real-world order data and are provided as estimates for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Area

Ridesy currently delivers to selected European Union countries.
Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on a business day (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing begins immediately once your order is confirmed.

Important Notes

Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, or fulfillment schedules.

Incorrect shipping details or other external issues may cause delays.

Regular shipping resumes immediately after holidays.

Change of Address

To update your delivery address, contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched or is in transit.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
If your order has already shipped, refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

Taxes

All prices on ridesy-eu.com include VAT where applicable. Customers do not need to pay additional VAT.

Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order:

We will notify you by email and phone.

The unavailable item will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays can occur.
If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist promptly.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

If the courier is present: Reject the parcel and notify us immediately.

If delivered in your absence: Contact us immediately for instructions.
